Not much luck.. need approval

Did you have employment before or were you in school? We have several programs. Some will give you the entire down payment and some will give you a portion.

Rules require a minimum of a two-year job history in your entire life. So if you are at your current job for only a year and a half, but had at least any job for 6 months or more prior in your life, you are good. You can also use post high school education in lieu of a job history. So if you were in college for the past 4-years, just graduated, and at your first job ever less than 2-years, that also works. There might be a way to go.. but you did not provide near enough info.. My best advice is to reach out to a local mortgage pro.. stay away from the big banks.. they don't have loan officers.. they have application takes.. They are not educated in finding the right loan for you how to determine if your work history qualifies.. they only take the application, and submit it.. then from there, someone else takes over..
