No loan officer with any integrity would ever quote someone based on the limited info you provided.. unfortunately, there is no "one size fit's all".. we really need to analyze your complete loan profile in order to advise. That being said, it only takes 10 minutes on the phone to find out for sure.. i'd be happy to advise you.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / LendUS, NMLS 1938/ AZMB0121893

Not enough information... Program, down payment, and credit score are all important - But there are other considerations when it comes to rate that many people don't realize. For example, did you know you can get a lower than normal interest rate if you are willing to pay discount points today (higher closing costs)? Do you want as more traditional balanced interest rate and closing cost combination? Maybe you are interested in a lower closing cost option, which comes with higher interest rates. No true professional Loan Officer would answer a basic rate question without knowing a lot more about you. This is also why I personally hate interest rate comparison sites, and any displays of interest rate online. For those needing a loan in WI, MN, or SD, I can help.
