The most realistic answer is NO. Mortgage loans are the toughest loan you'll ever apply for, and without a credit history, it makes it very hard. There is the possibility of doing an alternative credit loan, where you build credit using bills you pay, but that don't usually show up on a credit report, like your rent, gas, electric, car insurance, or other similar bill. Getting a credit card, and having it for at least 6 months would work miracles for you too.
