I'll need clarification regarding your question. I understand you have a land contract on a home and that you have income and that your daughter does not work it's the "could we refinance with her name so it isn't income" part I don't understand.
HI, you need to clarify better what you are looking to achieve.
Your question is confusing.. If you are asking if she can finance the home because she has good credit but no income,, and then use your income, but not your credit,, then the answer is no.. Loan pricing is based on the lowest mid score of ALL borrowers.. so if she is a 750, but you have a 600.. and you are both on the loan.. the interest rate will be based on the lower 600 score.
