It is 1/26/2018. Do you still do home loans?

I googled Harp Loans for Manufactured homes and your name came up. However, the post was for 2012 so I am not sure if you are still in business. I am looking for a refinance of my home loan. The house is worth over $300,000. and I owe $77,000. I would like to have a lower mortgage payment per month since I am divorced now and cannot afford the $1400.00 houses payment I have. The interest rate currently is 4.75. I am in East Helena Montana . by debpetek508 from Helena, Montana. Jan 26th 2018 Reply

Deb,A manufactured home on a permanent foundation is HARP eligible with Northpointe Bank. Assuming you meet the guidelines, we can easily reduce your current payment substantially and most likely even lower your current interest rate.I can be reached at 704-992-3329 or on my cell at 510-274-9570.

There are lenders out there doing them.. however, the rate might be a little higher, however, since you only owe $77K.. you still should see significant savings.. The best advice I can give you is to contact a mortgage banker/broker and apply with them. Once they see your complete loan profile, they will be better equipped to advise you properly. Also, by applying with a Banker/Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with many lenders with each one offering a different type of lending program. This is unlike the local bank which typically only has a few lending programs. The more lenders, the more lending options, and the more likely your scenario will be accepted.. Plus, the banker/broker is experienced in seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario, and he has lower overhead which typically results in lower rates and fees than most of the big box banks. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893

HARP has been extended many times, and as of this posting, end December 2018
