There are several different ways to do such, but it would be best for me to discuss those options with you over the phone. I do not want to run any credit and/or go into any financial issues, but ask you some pertinent questions that you can then make a decision on which way would benefit you. Give me a call at 314-712-7474, or visit my website at www.CallTheMoneyMan.com Thank-you.

For many seniors, a reverse mortgage is a fantastic tool. Many seniors not only don't have a monthly house payment, but can also get cash out of the house. Contact a local mortgage broker in your area who specializes in reverses mortgages.

Yes.. so long as you are 62 or older, you can do a reverse mortgage.. you have to have sufficient equity, and you must show you have the income to support the taxes and insurance, but there is a loan product for you.. Try reaching out to a local reverse mortgage specialist and let them put some numbers together for your consideration.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
