I have a 725 credit score and my 2016 tax returns show 92,000.00 in income. Where can I get a mortgage providing only one year of returns?

More info needed, Purchase price? Down payment? Loan to Value? Cash Reserves? etc,, etc, etc..but in general,,,, Once your file is run through the automated underwriting system (AUS), it will determine based on your complete profile, whether or not one or more years tax returns would be necessary.. No one here can say for certainty that you only need one year without running you through the AUS. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893

Standard requirement is two-years on all standard (best rate) loans. The ONLY WAY to know if you can get away with just one year of tax returns on these type of loans is to complete a loan application, and have the lender run it through the appropriate automated desktop underwriting system. It is NOT automatic in anyway shape or form. For these type of loans in MN, SD, or WI, visit me at www.StPaul-Mortgage.com
