I have been denied a loan because my property manager won't send in a verification of rent. Aren't cancelled checks enough?

Hi Ocean, something just does not seem right here. As everybody stated, written rent verification will not be needed with 12 months canceled checks. In fact, sometimes ( with great credit) a rent verification is not even needed. Is there more to this story than you are telling us. If that is the only reason, call any of us and lets move forward !

You DO NOT need any verification from the property manager if you can provide valid third party verification. The last 12 months cancelled checks is just fine.
