Click the "Community" Tab above right.. Select "Find a Lender" and type in your zip code.. you should get a list of mortgage brokers in area.. Brokers will be a better fit for you since not every lender does FHA 4 plexe's.. Understand, that to use FHA, you must be buying an owner/occupied 4plex.. meaning, you must live in one of the units to qualify for FHA financing.
