Bank Statement Loan Program in Georgia?

Hello, Shawn We are mortgage brokers in Atlanta, GA and we work with clients who want bank statement loans. The qualifications for these programs vary a bit depending on the lender. If you are self-employed, we will need 24-month bank statements, which is used to average your income. There are some programs that only require 12 months, and others that will use 24-months business bank statements instead of personal. The credit requirement also depends if it is an investment loan or owner occupied loan and ranges from 620-680 minimum. Rates range based on the loan amount, loan-to-value, credit and other factors.
