Yes. It is best to try the 2nd time with a direct VA lender who will underwrite the loan in house. My company does that and I can be reached at 302-227-5522

Hi Fam56880,Yes you can BUT keep in mind it also depends on why your loan was denied. The good news is VA makes it super easy to transfer your appraisal so you don't have to worry about getting a new one. I specialize in VA financing & also have no additional investor overlays. | Please feel free to contact me for more information or help. | John Burke | Senior Mortgage Banker | Great Plains National Bank http://www.valoansdoneright.com | (877)228-9069 | Lending in ALL 50 states

Possibly, but we would need to know why the loan was denied.. Understand that your file must conform to VA's "boiler plate" guidelines.. if it does not, then you wont get an approval until to conform to those guidelines, regardless of who you go through... but understand that each lender who chooses to do VA financing can add additional guidelines called "Overlay's".. this is what makes lending different one lender to the other.. and if you are being denied because you don't meet the lenders overlays', then it's possible another lender could help.. again, much more info is required to answer your question.. Try contacting a local mortgage broker and let them look at your complete scenario.. once they have all the info, they can advise you properly.. I'm the preferred Lender here in Scottsdale AZ, and Arizona and California is my primary market. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
