Of all the different types of loan there are out there, the VA construction loan is the absolute hardest to obtain.. It's highly unlikely you will find someone.. Now if you put up 20% of your own funds, or if you already own a lot that's unencumbered, then it you can get a construction loan, and then when the property is finished, then you apply for a VA loan to pay it off.. but outside of that.. you're looking for the "needle in the hay stack loan" I'm the preferred Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and Arizona and California is my primary market.
