Much more info needed.. Are you asking if you receive a housing allowance, can you count it as income? If that is your question, then it really depends on how the pastor reports that income.. is it on a tax return, then yes.. it can be counted.. if it's non taxable, then it cannot.. I don't "have to count" any source of income you have. But usually the question is the other way around, and people WANT us to count income.
