Not enough information provided....no mortgage for that low loan amount.
Much more info needed, specifically, do you own a home? Are you looking to borrow against it? Are there any outstanding liens against the property? etc, etc, etc.. If it's a mortgage you want, then the bigger problem is regarding your request for $2500. Most lenders have minimum loan amounts.. typically, $50,000 to $75,000 for most lenders.. so, there is no mortgage company that will help you with $2500.. or even $25,000.. You might want to go check with a local community bank or credit union.. they might give you a signature loan or a credit card.. or contact a local mortgage broker and let them look at your complete loan scenario.. once they see the complete picture, they can advise you properly.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. A $2,500 dollar loan would best be served with an unsecured personal loan. Go to a local credit union for rates etc.
