Yes.. it's just that there will be required paperwork to do the refi, so it's important you start the process as soon as possible so that you can provide the paper work necessary to complete the task.. also, you will need to sign final loan doc's, and they need wet signatures, not e-sign, and they need to be notarized, so you might need to make a trip to the US embassy for that, otherwise, you will need to wait till you return to sign all the final doc's..
