More info needed.. to be eligible for HARP, your loan must be owned by Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae, be originated prior to June 2009, and not be included in a "Insurance Pool".. Typically, I would say that neg-am loans were not done by Fannie or Freddie, but there still might be something that can be done, however we would need more info.. Feel free to call me..
