No, only if you were a surviving spouse under specific circumstances or spouse of a POW/MIA.

You will not be able to qualify for a VA loan as you are not a Vet.

If you were still married, or your spouse was deceased and you never remarried, then you would qualify, but if you are now divorced, then no.. only the veteran can qualify.. There are other loan products that might be close.. Conventional loans with high credit scores allows you to purchase so long as you have not owned a home in the past 3 years, you would qualify as a first time home buyer and only need 3% down.. FHA required 3.5% down and USDA (property must be in the USDA defined are), you can go zero down. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona.
