Only if it's an fha,va,usda loan otherwise you will need to have title prepare a sole and separate for conventional financing.

The question box only allows so many characters. I bought my house in AZ (where we live) as a single woman. I then got married. I am still the sole owner and only person on the note and deed. I have a conventional loan and a home equity loan that I would like to refinance into one conventional loan. I will still be the only person on the loan and deed; does my husband need to sign anything or can I do this on my own?

You will need your husband to sign a sole and separate. Call me for further clarification. 505-507-4701.

You may be able to refinance with a conventional loan while keeping your name on the mortgage loan and title of the home. If you use FHA financing you may have to add your husband to the loan.
