If you already have a hamp modification can you still get a harp refinance?

Yes, as long as DU or LP reads it as eligible, but as long as the mod was permanent and has been paid on-time. Please call Jill @ 602-358-8717.

Yes.. however lender guidelines require that your modification must be seasoned at least 2 years, it must not have included any principal reduction, you must have made all your payments on time, and your loan must be owned by either Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae. If it is not, then you still might have options, but I would need to look at your complete loan profile to advise you properly..
