Thank you for your service.I am a VA Specialist and Blue Star Dad (son is an Afghanistan Veteran) in Folsom, CA. 80% of my clients are active-duty and/or Veterans. I'm happy to answer all your questions. Easiest to get all your questions answered is for you to contact me: Andrew Vierra, www.VALoansOfCalifornia.com, 916-932-7160. You can find lots of easy-to-understand information on my website. The first step is for us to help with your Certificate of Eligibility, and then get your income/credit information to determine how much house you can comfortably afford. There is never any pressure, and if the VA loan isn't right for you, we can help with you with other loans, too.Down the Proficient VA Loan Officer Test so you can see--in two questions--whether a Loan Officer is proficient at helping with a VA loan. Those that aren't can make the process much harder: https://www.dropbox.com/s/du9482w94xl3s31/VA%20Proficient%20Loan%20Officer%20Test.pdf?dl=0I look forward to hearing from you.Always in your best interest, Andrew

I am in CA and lend all over the state and I love helping veterans. The good news is that in Vista CA there are so many VA loans happening that Realtors are familiar with the process and that helps a lot. The biggest issue with a VA loan is that you need to get a pest report and clearance and Realtors don't always like that. I am happy to work with you and your Realtor for a smooth process. Stop by www.HansLoans.com to see how to get started with me and I would need your DD214 as well as everything else on the list on that page. I am at (866) 385-1650 so call anytime.

First step is to contact a local loan officer or two. Share your information with them, do a loan application, have them look at your credit and put together your income documents and have your DD214 ready so the lender can pull your Certificate of Eligibility. A VA home loan is one of the best loans available. Thank you for your service and best wishes, Sean

I like you a Veteran and have Specialized in VA lending for the past decade, with a total of 17 years in the mortgage industry. If you would like to have a no obligation conversation I'd be happy to discuss your options. Additionally I can pull and give you your COE or certificate of eligibility from the VA, as well as a credit report if you'd like. In any case thank you for your service. Definitely work with a broker that has a knowledge of the business and specifically working with VA loans. You definitely want to be talking with a lender first to ensure you understand the process and what you need to do. Good luck to you and thank you for serving our country!
