The rules for VA financing are very strict.. It's only allowed for the veteran or the spouse.. you cannot cosign or have a cosigner, and it must be your primary residence as well. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. The answer is no. Has she tried qualifying on her own? Qualifying income is based on calculated residual income which is lower than qualifying for an FHA loan. I am based in Southern California. My corporate office is in San Diego. Call me if you have more questions. 7146550486.

No the son would need to be a veteran as well. Only a spouse can be on a loan as a non veteran
