What loan programs exist for teachers in WA?

I have good steady income that covers all my bills etc and good credit, but because of grad school loans i just don't have much for a down payment right now. Is there any assistance available for teachers, or maybe even specifically public elementary school teacherS? by niyah.crawford846... from Granger, Washington. Nov 25th 2014 Reply

Great questions! There are programs out there designed to assist you with your down payment. Washington State Housing Finance Commission offers help and here is a link to one of their programs.http://www.wshfc.org/buyers/keyschools.htmThere are other grant and down payment assistance options, so please drop me a call or email.
