It depends on a few other factors, but will say that FHA interest rates are at the lowest point they have been all year and if you are even thinking about doing something you should take advantage of where they are at currently. Just amazing right now. I would contact a few different local loan officers and see what options they give you. Remember, rates are constantly changing and can change without notice. So until you have your rate locked in there is a chance it can change. Best wishes, Sean

If you were late on a mortgage payment - FHA guidelines state you can have 0- lates in the last 6mos, 1- in the last 12mos. If you've only had one late in the last 12 mos then you will be good to apply. Rates range from 3.75% - 4.25% FHA based on credit & DTI factors.Call me direct with questions267-294-6325

Your credit score is good. Your rate will be dependent on other variables like DTI, LTV.

Loan pricing is based on many factors.. credit history, credit deficiencies, credit scores, loan to value, property type, loan to value, property area, to name a few.. without knowing all the specifics, it's impossible to say.. plus, when it comes to condo's, the type of financing your looking to get is required in order to quote you as well as whether or not the property has been FHA approved and or whether or not the condo is warrantable. If you want to know exactly what it would cost you, then the best advise I could give you would be to contact a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. Once they know the address, and your complete profile, then they can advise you properly. By applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with numerous lenders, seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario. Because he has lower overhead, he can offer you lower rates and lower fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
