Yes you have a strong chance. I would be happy to help you through the entire process. You can go to www.movement.com/sara.deere to look at the various programs currently available, and apply directly online from the website.
No matter what you hear, there are still many opportunities for people like your self to get a loan with what parameters you mentioned. At Homestar Financial, we have the capabilities to do loans with people as low as a 580 Credit score.Even though I am here in St Louis, and am currently working on three loans in your area both in Festus and two in Blackwell. Please do not hesitate on giving me a call on my cell at 314-712-7474 over the weekend, or visit my website www.CallTheMoneyMan.com where you can apply on-line as well as read about various information in regards to the loans we offer. I also write a blog on what is going on in the marketplace that might be informative on when it will be the right time to lock in on an interest rate. You can see this information under "Rates & Trend" on my website as well.
Sounds like your in good hands with the people below
Sounds like that would work, I recommend contacting a local mortgage loan originator.
Yes.. but it might be difficult to find someone willing to lend $50K.. a loan that small makes it difficult for lenders to make a profit.. The government has laws in place to prevent mortgage companies from over charging you..but the down side is that on smaller loans, they are just not worth the risk for most lenders.. try reaching out to a local credit union.. it's possible they would lend on the smaller loans.. but in general, 633 and no mortgage making $80K.. you should be ok.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
