As long as your current loan is FHA, and you do another FHA loan such as a streamline, then you dont need to have the condo approved.

As others have said, you can refi a FHA loan to another FHA loan even if the condo is no longer approved as long as you meet other criteria for a "streamline" FHA refinance mortgage
- if you are not in a FHA mortgage already, if you want to refinance using FHA the condo will need to be approved.
You can do a FHA streamline refinance of an exiting FHA loan an be OK if the association is no longer FHA approved. Lending in MN, WI, and SD. www.streamline-refinance-mn.com
