No such thing... you cannot take out a loan to purchase a home and a little extra to pay other stuff... you should get with a mortgage broker and sit down with him and let him discuss your options... but keep in mind you should really contact a LOCAL mortgage broker, not the local "Big" bank, and certainly not one of those 50 states internet lenders... the LOCAL broker is familiar with local customs and works with numerous lenders, seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario.
