No mortgage with 200,000 equity, need to finish home & pay off cc bad credit ,good income. Need only 40,000. Recommend any lenders

Work with a local bank or credit union and get a home equity line of credit as that will be the most cost effective and fastest way to secure funds. Good Luck!

We lend in CA but 40k loan amount if tough on the wholesale side, as Steve said seek out a local bank or credit union that we be your best bet..good luck
