NO LONGER BANGING HEAD!!!!! Headaches gone!!!!
Wells guys. Guess what. My head banging paid off I guess. I got the HAMP modification. On 6-month trial-who knows what will happen after 6 months but at least it has kept us out of foreclosure. The executive office told me after 6 months if my husband is still in school, to call them back and get another modification. Wonder what changed their minds? Good for you! But, remember what I said - if you pursue this as the true injustice that has been committed against you in a court of law ... you may end up with your home (and, even more) as a settlement! Nothing that you've done so far has disqualified you.
