Sorry, most lenders and loan programs require at least 12 months of employment, and typically 2 years. If you've just graduated college, and are starting a career in a field related to your studies, you may be able to qualify for a loan. Loans are approved for people who have enough income to pay their monthly mortgage - if you have no income then you can't get approved. Best of luck!

Lenders don't require you have a job.. they require you have income.. and you have to prove that your income is likely to continue for 3 years or more.. Dividend's, rental income, Royalties, annuities, etc.. so long as you have income and you can prove it via bank statements, tax returns, etc.. and you meet all the other qualifications for mortgage approval, you should be ok.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
