No credit check on a streamline refi?

I have an existing FHA loan i would like to take advantage of the low rates today. Can we streamline refinance our loan with no appraisal, no credit check, and no proof of income because we have never been 30 day's late on our Mortgage? by larissao3992 from San Diego, California. Depending on the balance, you can streamline without an appraisal and without the credit, but you will need proof of income and a 4560T (transcript of your tax returns) will be required. You need to have made at least 6 payments with no lates. The refinance will have to lower your payments by at least 5% and provide a "net tangible benefit". It looks like you are in San Diego, give me a call and I can go over the details with you. You can click om my profile to check out my FHA rates for today. Gregorio Denny - WeFixRates.Com

The process for you should be rather simple with no late payments on the mortgage in the past 12 months. The concern should be what rate can you get and how much you can save. I believe I can offer you a rate under 5%. Please email me to discuss. We are Direct Lenders. Talk to you soon.

No appraisal & no credit check but income has to be verified. Mortgage history can't have any lates in the last 6 months.
