No Cash Out Mortgages For Those In The Rural Country?

My current lender told me he cannot get me a a cash out mortgage due to the fact that I do not have any available natural gas ( i have propane) he also mentioned that I do not qualify because I use a Septic Tank. I would agree that an FHA loan would be a good option here. They allow for this sort of thing, if you have enough equity, and you meet the rest of their guidelines.

many Lenders have many different guidelines and regulation that may prevent them form doing particular loans. the ability to to lend in all situation depends on how many investors they have purchasing thier loans.
