Need to sign over the deed & mortgage
I have own house with my brother, and we are both on the deeds and the mortgage. My brother is buying a house and looking to move out soon. So I was just wondering, how much would it roughly cost to sign over the House deeds to myself. And is it easy to get my sole name on the mortgage only? by ybwelc_617_808 from Nashville, Tennessee. What you would have to do is refinance the property to get your brother off the mortgage & then have him quitclaim any interest he has over to you. This is the only way to do it.
