Been divorced and making the payments on my own since 2008. Need low cost or no cost fixed rate. I feel that I will be denied since I am single, any advice? by marcis2929 from San Diego, California. Sep 20th 2010
We are a nationwide FDIC bank. If you would like to get in touch with me I will see what I can do for you. Your loan will not get turned down because you are single but other factors do need to be reviewed such as credit, income and assets.
Hello Marcis, You can not get denied because you are a Signle/Divorce woman, Three major factors involved in a refinance is to have good credit, good income plus having equity in your property, please feel free to call or email for Interest Rates. Houtan.Hormozian@Crestico.com 949 242 5215
It's against federal law to deny you a loan based on your marital status. Find a good loan officer that can qualify you. Give me a call if you need assistance, we are local.
Regarding your income, support payment can count. generally you need to show that your have been recieiving them for the past 3 months
The only draw back is you are a single income family. If your earnings are OK and your debt is reasonable to your earnings you should be OK if you meet the remainder of the guideline, just like everyone else. .... Happy funding, Rudi
