Need a loan for an investment property with 10% down. Looking in 800k range.

I do not know of any programs that allow for a 10% down on a jumbo loan.Perhaps some additional lenders will jump in and help.

Depending on your loan limits there are "agency" loan programs that allow for 15% down for a single family investment property. Other than that the down payments for jumbo investment properties will be higher...
