facing foreclosure, bad credit and you have farmland.. it's highly unlikely you will find anyone willing to lend to you.. Hard money lenders might if you have enough equity, however the terms will be terrible. 50%-60% loan to value, and rates above 10%.. you might want to consider just selling.. Where is the property located, sales price and do you have 40-50% for down payment?
The odds are not in your favor for any traditional financing. A private hard money lender is likely your only option.
