nc usda loan

My loan application was submitted to the nc usda on july 8th, when calling the automated line it says they are working on submissions from july 10th but my loan officer from the bank says she still hasnt heard anything yet. Is this typical to not have heard anything even though the usda is working on applications days after mine was submitted? by aleshahughes360 from , . Jul 29th 2013 Reply


You can call the usda office yoirself and ask them what date they are currently working on.

I did, its. An automated response saying they are currently working on the 10th 2 days past my submission date

Call the USDA office yourself- They can tell you directly what submission dates they are working on...

I did call the usda myself, it's the automated number I was referring to

I do several RD loans in TN, & actually have several there right now. They are running at least if not more then 3 wks. This is very unusal. Turn times have increased dramatically compared to 4-5 days. This is typical for RD right now.
