Navy Federal is a credit union available to military personal and family members. It's not a lending program, it's a bank.. They offer auto loans, credit card, savings, and even mortgages.. They have VERY strict guidelines, but they do offer good rates.. if your loan scenario is unique or you have any kind of credit problem, then this lender is not going to be a good option for you..
