my question is do you loan on manufactured homes?
we owe about $2,600 on our manufactured home that sits in a park. we would like to buy a small piece of land and have the manufactured home moved and set up on it. by fred calica from Kelso, Washington. Jan 9th 2013

I think you will have the best luck in dealing with your local bank. The loan size may be a problem with any mainstream lenders such as you may see on these message boards. Go local :)

Your traditional lenders will not offer such a loan. You may have luck with a small local community bank.
