Yes. Your name can be added to the Grant Deed and you can also be included on the loan. Give me a call 16/7, or email me your phone number so I can call you, and I'll be happy to walk you through the process. To learn more about me and our mortgage brokerage, click on my picture. You can co-sign for the loan if you meet all the required criteria as put forward by the lender. When you co-sign for the loan, the lender will ask your husband to add your name to the property deed. This can be done with the help of a quitclaim deed. Thus, at the end of the deal, your name will both be added to the property deed as well as the mortgage docs.
