Depending on your circumstances, your credit union may be willing to help you improve your situation since they are already on the hook. Start with them. If they cannot help you, contact a local Mortgage Banker /Broker. DON'T use one of the big banks and DON'T use one of the big national Mortgage factories. There are numerous programs out there and a good Mortgage Banker/Broker will help you determine the best solution for your situation. Hey Lisa.. there's too much information missing.. you don't have to use HARP for a refinance... there are other refinance programs that you can refinance with.. it reallly depends on your Loan to value.. with out knowing what your LTV is , we really cant give you proper advice... WilliamAcres.com
