Yes, as long as you can qualify for the loan from income, debt, and employment standpoints. Without additional information, this can't be determined. Give me a call 16/7, or email me your phone number so I can call you, and I'll be happy to walk you through the process. To learn more about me and our mortgage brokerage, click on my picture. Do yourself a favor and sit down with a Local Lender and review your credit report with him/her. No one can answer this question simply based on score. If your score is lower than 620, some lenders may be willing to provide you a mortgage loan (most won't). The most important thing in determining your ability to borrow, is what is on on your report and not the score. If your score is that low, it is impacting many parts of your life. I would encourage you to find out why it's low, what are you doing in your finances to cause this and what do you need to change.

It will depend on your entire credit picture Kimberly. I would suggest to talk with a local loan officer who can review your credit report with you in detail.
