My middle fico score is 562. Is there any hope for me whatsoever to qualify for a home loan?

I read on one of the questions of this site that 620 is minimum required. Any help or guidance is appreciated. by edithcarmel78 from Greenville, South Carolina. Apr 29th 2014 Reply

We can go down to a 560 score but there are certain qualification you need to have and depending on your last 12 month history on your credit report.

Many lenders claim they can go lower, but credit score alone does not a loan approval make. Most of the time, when your score is that low, something else on credit will get you denied. realistically, if your score is below 620, you should work on repairing credit before applying for any mortgage loan. www.Minneapolis-Mortgage.net
