There are other options besides a FHA mortgage. Unless you want a FHA mortgage. We have programs that you will have a lower payment then going with a FHA mortgage. Your scores qualifies you for our programs. Give me a call and I would be happy to go over your options and give you numbers to compare.Thank you and I can be reached at 1877-900-4762 x318.

Your scores are fine for getting just about any loan, even an FHA loan. But remember, meeting a minimum score does NOT mean you get a loan. There is still the full underwriting process, and many people with great credit scores get denied all the time for all sorts of reasons. Contact a local NMLS licensed mortgage professional and let them take an application, review your situation, and give you advice on the best possible option for you and your family. You can get a FHA loan, BUT as far as getting money back it will depend on how much equity you have in your home.
