Hello,In many cases, I am able to offer second home financing terms that are exactly the same as they would be for a primary residence. That being said, due to the nature of your job, I don't think that we would have a problem financing this property as a primary residence. There are details to be hashed out, so you want to make sure that you are using an experienced lender with direct access to the underwriters to make this a smooth transaction for you. I'm happy to help with the financing or just give you advice. If you need more information, or a competing rate quote call, email or use my live support button to discuss or get in touch with me. Web Address for live chat or quote is: http://www.loansfromrob.com/quote/ Email is robertlh66@verizon.net and direct phone is 240-752-7549. Good Luck -- Rob Hanson

You should be able to do this as a primary residence with the proper documentation especially if you are putting 20% or more for a Down Payment-
