My husbands credit score is 630 and mine 675. Do we qualify for first-time home buyer loan with 100% financing?

There is not a lot of 100% financing programs out there. There is a program is California that allows a 97% first and a 3% second, and the 2nd there are no payments, you pay off the loan when sold or refied. Can you do 3.5% down? Conventional your credit is sufficient, but you need minimum 10% down. FHA you can go to 96.5% loan amount. You can contact me via my page if you would like more information. Good Luck!

You should consider finding a home that qualifies fro HomePath financing. HomePath requires 3% down and there is no mortgage insurance.

If the property is eligible for USDA financing you could obtain 100% financing with no MI. If you are in NY and would like a no cost, no obligation consultation, feel free to contact me. Best of luck. Chris Coricachris@myqcfunding.com
