My home was foreclosed in 8/2011 while I was negotiating a loan restructuring with the lender. I received compensation in the class action mortgage case and the foreclosure does not appear on my credit report. The loan shows paid as agreed. This was a conventional loan. How will this effect getting a new mortgage loan now? Thanks
