My credit score is just at 600, and I have been diligently working on it for a year now what are my options for a home loan?

Hi! It's too hard to say without seeing your entire profile. However, if we were to consider your score alone: If you're a veteran, VA would be an option. Otherwise, FHA and USDA (with restrictions) could be possible..? If I can answer any additional questions, I'd be happy to help. Best wishes otherwise, Kimberly Lawson, Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator - Ohio only. Contact and licensing information can be found on my profile.

Good Work! The hardest part of rebuilding your credit are the first steps. With a 600 credit score you may very well qualify now (or are very close). I would be glad to assist you with seeing this through. 216-245-LEND

Realistically, no matter what anyone says - keep working on the credit until you get at least a 640 middle score. This will put you in the best possible position to get a loan. But remember, credit score alone does NOT equal an approval.
