You will need to bring your credit score up to qualify. I have been very successful in helping people like you raise your credit score in order to qualify. Call me at 866-766-1918 if you want to talk it over.

You would need to give some TLC to your credit score before persuing a new home loan. The minimum scores for first time buyers is 620 an dideally you would want to be at 640 mid score. If you need a reputable credit repair company please visit www.hopecreditservice.com

Hi Clayton. As-is, you do not credit qualify based on your FICO score. Although the minimum credit score varies amongst lenders, a good target is to achieve a 660 FICO score. If you are committed to becoming a home owner and would like a proven strategy, pick up the phone and call me. My direct contact number is 219-662-0166 x21. Have a great day!

I do not currently have an option for a 564 credit score. Minimum requirements are generally 620. I would be more than happy to see if there is anything we can do to assist you Call me at 720-810-4917
