There will be other factors to determine if you can qualify, but if we're talking about credit score alone - a 680 is perfectly fine! Many lenders can originate from 620-640, and there are some that can do below that.Let me know if you have more questions!
You should be ok at thjat score. If you are getting a conventional loan you may be able to improve the interest rate by raising the score. I have a system where I can do a free analysis of your credit and often we can quickly and easily get your score up 20 or 40 points. I'm happy to help with the financing or just give you advice. So if you need more information, or a competing rate quote you can go to my web page, call or email. and use my live support button to discuss or get advice on anything at all with me. If your middle score is 680 then you could qualify for a couple of different loans, but just remember there are other parameters that are taken into consideration, ie debt to income ratios, bank accounts etc. I am located in TN. Give my office a call to discuss your options or click on my photo & complete an application on my website. Thanks
Credit score alone does not an approval make. But with a 680 scores, you should have a large amount of home loan options available to you.

You should be fine as long as your other qualifications are okay. Depending on the amount of downpayment you have it may be possible to qualify for either a conventional or FHA loan. We offer both and the downpayment can be 100% gift funds for either type loan. A good mortgage officer will compare both options and recommend the best option for your situation.
