My brother in law and I bought a property that has two small houses on it but I want to sell.
When we bought it years ago we weren't planning on having a large family. But we do now and there's very little room to expand our current home. Is there anyway to split the property? If you are asking is it possible to split a single parcel the answer would be yes. First I would check with your city Planning and Development department. The city may direct you to the county level.
